WHO WE ARE

Oscar Carrasco

DIRECTOR OF SECURITY

Seasoned law enforcement and security professional with 28 years of experience in criminal investigations, gang enforcement, and interagency operations. Built a distinguished career with the Dallas Police Department, where he specialized in gang intelligence, undercover operations, and federal task force investigations, including assignments with the FBI targeting transnational criminal networks. Known for strong leadership, investigative expertise, and commitment to public safety. Retired from DPD in 2022 but is still an active Reserve Officer.

Juan Ramirez

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SECURITY

Began as a Texas Commissioned Security Officer in 2006 in Houston. In 2012, joined the Security management team where he was assigned to the K9 Unit. He received specialized training and certification as a dog handler in narcotics detection and patrol/apprehension. Entered the armored transportation industry in 2018, serving as an ATM Specialist for five years. In 2023, he joined OL Security, bringing with him over 17 years of experience in the security field and currently serves as a certified instructor in TASER, firearms, field supervision, and de-escalation techniques.
